Setting up a charter is relatively simple. Once we have determined which yacht best suits your wishes, we send you an invoice for a deposit or full amount depending on how close we are to your charter date. Once the payment is made, your day is locked in.
The cost of charter varies with each individual. Items that affect the cost of your charter include the amount of water toys being used, the type of vessel and length of the vessel and event requirements such as catering, music, etc…
Prior to your charter, we set up the food/drink service that you will be receiving while on your excursion. The food ranges from finger food to an on board chef with made to order cuisine. Drinks range from soft drinks and water to high quality liquor.
Absolutely! Sun block, sun lotion, hats, glasses, towels, cameras and any other item that you think may not be provided by your charter crew. If you are not sure, please call us anytime so that we may assist you in determining what’s best for your special day.
With so much to do in these tropical waters, there is not enough time in the day to take it all in. Water sports range from Waverunners, Knee boards, Paddle boards, Kayaking, Skiing, Fishing, Scuba, Snorkeling, Sailing and much much more. If your outing is event driven, then there will be additional activities associated with your event.
In the event that you have to cancel your charter, let us be the first to say we are so disappointed that we will not be seeing you. When a cancellation is given, there must be at least two weeks’ notice in order to provide you with a 100% refund. If a cancellation is less than two weeks out and it has been given by the captain of the vessel due to weather than you will receive a full refund all the way up until the day of the charter.
Absolutely. Many of our guests elect to go out for several days or even several weeks. How long you choose to go out is entirely up to you. What you bring on the longer term charters is considerably more due to the increase in the length of time with us.
